Control Systems Integration client with a mission statement of 'Profitable Balance', seeking a MIS/MES Developer. This Indianapolis based company believes employees should have a healthy balance between their personal lives as well as the professional lives. Skill Set Focus: BS in Engineering or Software a must. Manufacturing Information Solutions (MIS) OR Manufacturing Execution System (MES) experience - Database Modeling (Oracle or SQL Server) - Controls Knowledge (AB Preferred) - Network Experience (understanding of Active Directories, Firewalls, Domains. etc.) - Understanding of Manufacturing Information Needs (Quality Reports, Performance Reports, Trends) - .Net Experience (C# or VB) Project Management Experience - Working with a team / Leading the charge Commercial Skills - Customer Interface, Audit/Interview and data collection to formulate solutions. The ''perfect candidate'' would have the following experience(s): + Advanced .Net Development + Advanced SQL Server 2005 or better experience (with some knowledge of Oracle for interfacing) + Some knowledge to debug controls (preferable ControlLogix) + Skilled with most Rockwell software packages (Factory Talk Family: View, AssetCentre, Historian (SE & Classic), Transaction Manager (NOTE: If candidate has been in MIS/MES middle layer with other software packages . . . Wonderware/Intellusion, they can still be a viable option) + Detailed knowledge of Domains and Security Credentials + Detailed knowledge of networks and communication details + Great learner with desire to grow + Go getter / self motivated / social / family oriented (single or married) There is lots of room for growth in this position. This position could quickly grow into a Program Manager position depending on the candidates abilities.
